Scacciadiavoli Brut
The traditional grape is known principally as a red wine grape, but it can be used equally well in other contexts: vinified as a white wine it is the original base for Scacciadiavoli’s Spumante Brut Metodo Classico (Traditional Method). The characteristics of the varietal reveal themselves in a new form: fresh and delicate aromas giving structure and harmony.

Scacciadiavoli Rosè
Scacciadiavoli Rosé is made from 100% traditional grapes, hand picked and gently pressed within six hours. A slow, temperature controlled first fermentation preserves the primary aromas and flavors, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle of at least 24 months according to the “Traditional Method.”
Montefalco, a land of work and passion
Scacciadiavoli Spumantes are born in a land where two souls live side by side; a thriving and powerful nature and a place where art and beauty form its identity. Strength and excellence, sharpness and lightness, blend together in a balanced equilibrium. The Sagrantino grapes that form the base of the Scacciadiavoli spumantes, lose their typical coarseness, giving a delicate energy, a rare lightness.
The Brut and the Rosé, after 36 and 24 months of aging in the bottle, unveil a crisp freshness, a delicate tannin, and intense fruity notes that paint a mellow fragranced and captivating picture. The ideal accompaniments to a gastronomic journey,
that in the Umbrian land speak of richness, taste, confident and earthy flavours, but also of elegance and dignity.
